Richard releases a new BBCSDL

Richard has said I could relay his message about BBCSDL new release to admin. See quote:
I've released version 0.23a of 'BBC BASIC for SDL 2.0'. The main new feature is support for reading JPG, PNG and GIF images, the absence of which has been a limitation up to now. To demonstrate this feature I have written a fairly fully-featured Jigsaw Puzzle program, it runs equally well on Windows, Linux, MacOS, Raspberry Pi, Android and iOS. So I am hoping DDRM or someone can present this in the announcements as I am unable to.
