I guess they explain a lot of misconceptions about 32bit and 64bit on Windows based PCs. 128 bit is beyond sights for any new development. And 32bit works just fine on a Windows based 64 bit system. As per conversation from Microsoft:

Of course this was during Windows 7 release.. Maybe things have changed since then ...
