I'm not at all sure that this should work - I doubt that it was intentional - but it does:

Code:
      PROC1
      SWAP PROC1,PROC2
      PROC1
      END

      DEF PROC1
      PRINT "one"
      ENDPROC

      DEF PROC2
      PRINT "two"
      ENDPROC
